plan b?

last night i linked with a guy i’ve been seeing recently. i sucked his dick and he finished in my mouth. a while later we ended up having sex and he used a condom- tht didn’t break. but he rubbed his raw dick on the outside part of my vagina a few times before putting on the condom and etc. i’m just wondering if i should take a plan b to be sure. i track my cycle and i’m 9 days late on my period this month (idk why. i’m not pregnant tho), so i’m just not sure abt my ovulation time and etc. would y’all take one or no?
