Vitamins while breastfeeding
I'm almost out of my prenatal vitamins from when I was still pregnant, and wondering what you ladies take while breastfeeding! If anyone has any recommendations on brands let me know!
Also, does anyone take collagen while breastfeeding? My joints are killing me and when I used to take collagen they had always felt great.
