Itching can someone give me advice

Can you itch down there without having discharge? I have no discharge in my underwear and it’s not itching real bad it’s like on and off but nothing crazy . Can it be yeast infection ? I know I have been using this new feminine wash but I stop using it because I figured that’s what was causing it. I did have sex In October 12th but I was fine since then so idk . I am going test myself again to see if I’m pregnant because my period was very off and I ended up having a rash out of nowhere on my neck it went away. And idk I just been feeling off . But don’t you usually itch real bad with a std?
