TMI! Advice??

I’m 25 weeks pregnant with fourth baby. I have a history of pre-term births 35/36 weeks (just for a little back story) so being classed high risk this time around also.

I was cleaning the house after a full days work , as I was going upstairs I felt really wet , my undies were saturated and I pulled my pants down to find this big glob ? Now I know discharge in pregnancy is normal but I’m confused by the saturated undies and the size of the glob

Any advice??
