Unsure if it’s the big o or not

When I’m touching myself I get to this point where it feels so good but it’s kinda overwhelming and I feel like I need stop and move the toy away from that spot. I don’t know what’s happening and I have had liquid come out of me but I don’t fully know if I orgasmed or not. It doesn’t feel like a big release or anything it’s just like liquid comes out and I know if I wanted to I could keep going but by then I’m over it and wanna take a nap or something.
