4dpo and I just had a dizzy spell spell.

So, hubby and I are trying to get prego. I am taking progesterone as my first pregnancy I had to have it too maintain pregnancy. However I don’t remember dizzy spells. I know every pregnancy is different though. Anyone else has this as an early indication of pregnancy?
