Sneak peak testing??

Question

So ASIDE from the sneak peak 6 week testing SOMETIMES being wrong. (We would double confirm with our doctor at 9-10 weeks with the NIPT testing. 
What’s everyone’s thoughts about finding out the gender while still in the “scary” first trimester phase where something could still happen. 
I’m a planner so I 10000% want to know as soon as I can. But I also don’t want to hurt myself even more if something happens.

We did Sneak Peak with our first in 2019. We were told we were having a boy. At our anatomy scan at 2” weeks, my husband and I were shocked to find out we were having a girl!

I found out I believe around 11 weeks with my first. I loved knowing and it was correct.

We ordered the sneak peak test for me to take next week at a little over 6 weeks. We decided even if something happens we will do the testing afterwards to see why. Which often includes the gender anyways

I had planned on using the sneak peek ASAP but now that I’m at the 6 week mark I’m going to wait.. atleast until 8 weeks. I realized that if I know the gender of the baby and i lose the baby it might be an even more painful loss then it would be originally. I’ve gone through 4 losses never knowing the gender and they’re so hard… knowing the gender might be even harder. I’ve seen this one’s heartbeat and even just that is going to make a loss so much harder.. I’m praying so hard for this one to stick.

SneakPeak clinical (meaning collected in an office) is most correct. They advertise being able to tell as early as 6 weeks but I would advise waiting until 9. NIPT can be done around 11-12.5 weeks.
