Kids found the Xmas presents :(

I’m out of town for work for a few days and I told hubby not to let the kids in our closet as the Xmas gifts are hiding in the back. He acknowledges. I’m not gone for 24 hours yet and my 5 year old daughter already saw them :(. They were playing in the closet and hubby “forgot” 🤬☹️ I’m so upset because I have been accumulating these gifts for a few months and put so much heart into making Xmas special, and my daughter found the one big special gift I was going to give her. Right now I’m mortified and we just told her these gifts are for another family and we are holding it for them

I’m so mad and sad all at the same time I feel like Santa and Christmas will be ruined :(
