Hashimotos disease/underactive thyroid

Hello everyone so earlier this year i found out i have hashimotos disease (underactive thyroid). And i had a miscarriage earlier this year and I went 7weeks and 3 days before losing my baby. I would like to know if there are any other people dealing with this also, because i did some research and having hashimotos makes it a little morebdifficult to conceive as well as maintaining the child. I just need some hope and maybe other people who are currently pregnant. Because right now i feel like my body is betraying me. I just need some hope thats all.
