Eye pain/twitches

I’m 13 weeks as of tomorrow but for the past two weeks I’ve been having the worst pain in my left eye and a twitch that is just starting to subside a bit. It’s so bad sometimes I have to lay down and just close my eyes and hope it stops. Is this something that should concern me? My next checkup isn’t until the end of this month and I don’t know if I should try to get a same day appointment I don’t really like feeling like I’m wasting anyone’s time.
