Tmi! (No pics though) lol

I am having white stains in my underwear and im 5 dpo. Is this normal? Ive been having light cramps for what seems like every day since day before ovulation (5 or 6 days) theyre not painful feel almost like a period type of cramps. The cm sometimes doesnt leave stains but is wet. By the end of the day I have many small white stains. Is this normal.at 5dpo? Should I be dry by now? Sorry for the details im tired of googling and want some answers from real people lol. Thanks ladies!
