Discharge problem

For years I’ve been having problems with discharge. There is not one day that I am not wet from down there and sometimes if not all the time it doesn’t smell so good. I have to change underwear 2 times a day and I don’t know what I can do. Does anyone recommend anything???!!! I am married so I am very sexually active. My husband doesn’t say anything but I know it does bother him.
