Is this normal aging back pain or?

probably about 10yrs ago I was bucked off my horse and thought I broke my tailbone. I couldnt hardly walk for a couple weeks but the Dr said I just dislocated it. A few years later another Dr looked over my back stuff and said I probably sprained my spine.

Fast Forward to today, I can hear my lower back cracking when I walk with headphones in. My lower back hurts if I lay on my back on a flat surface, It hurts if I lay on my stomach, it hurts if I stand for too long and it hurts if I sit in a chair too long. Always in the same spot lower back(not my tailbone) I literally change positions several times a night because my back will start hurting in one position too long. THIS has all been going on for years! I also get sciatica nerve pain on the same side as the back pain when laying down or sitting.

Im 34yrs old now and just wondering if this is normal aging back pain or should I see a doctor that specializes backs?
