Miscarriage, 7 weeks

This has been such a roller coaster. I bled last week Friday which I was sure it was a miscarriage, a big gush of blood. Then on Monday saw the baby’s heartbeat, I was in disbelief and so happy! Then bleeding on Tuesday with a small clot, and two days later (yesterday) a huge gush of blood with a large clot and a couple smaller ones. My hcg has risen during all of this, but is not rising as it should. No SCH detected in my ultrasound. Has anyone ever had hcg rise by 25% and it be ok?

The time between my first and second tests is 65 hrs, between 2nd and third is 48 hrs. I had labs done again this morning and I am feeling hopeless and anxious waiting for the results.
