How do you get an ADHD diagnosis?

Im pretty confident I may have some ADHD. And am curious about getting help with it BUT I dont have a regular Dr that I see. Typically, if I need seen I just go to a MedExpress/urgent care clinic type. I do have a regular OBGYN for women’s stuff. So how does someone like me get help?

I feel like it would be weird to set up a new primary care Dr and first appt ask for help with ADHD.
