Can you get pregnant if you’re not ovulating?

Not trying to conceive, as I am young and not looking to start a family yet. However I am on accutane and have to use 2 forms of birth control. My s/o and I are starting to use condoms on top of the pill, but find it just uncomfortable for the both of us.
My question is, if we have sex NOT during the times I am ovulating, is it okay if he just pulls out??

If you want to do that you'll have to use opks, chart bbt, and use a barrier/abstinence until after ovulation is confirmed. 
Just tossing the birth control, condoms and relying on a guess and a prayer is playing with fire.

You can not get pregnant without ovulating. That’s what birth control does, it stops ovulation. However, birth control is not 100% effective, which is why you want to use more than one method.

How do you intend to determine when you ovulate? Fertility Awareness Methods are an option but they take a ton of education and constant work to use properly. They also arent as effective as typical BC.

You can get pregnant up to 5 days before ovulation. Unless you’re tracking then you don’t know when you’re ovulating. Also being on birth control depending on the kind you shouldn’t even be ovulating
