Is there anything you did to get your labor started?

So I'm just about 39 weeks pregnant and so ready to have this baby! At my last appointment my doctor had some concerns and said at my next appointment we'd talk about inducing labor. I would really like to go into labor on my own and not get induced. Im trying for a vbac and my chances are much higher if i go into labor on my own. So if theres anything you did or tried to get labor started and you think that it might have helped, please let me know.
