Hospital bags? What did you pack?

I’m thinking ahead of time (I’m only 27 weeks tomorrow) but I had my youngest 5 years ago, and COVID has changed a lot. My hospital used to supply literally everything baby and I needed, so I always over packed. What would you mommas who have had a baby since 2020 suggest I pack? I’ll be formula feeding, hubby and sister will be there for delivery, and I’ll be induced.

I've had a baby in 2020, 2021, and I'm about to have another. My hospital still supplies everything. Here's what I usually bring:
Chapstick
Toothbrush/toothpaste
Brush
Hair ties
Deoderant
Face wash
Comfy non-slip socks
Glasses/contacts and solution
Carseat
Going home clothes for me and baby
Personally I don't bring extra clothes because I've never been allowed out of my bed due to birth circumstances. 
Extra long phone charger
Clothes for husband
Hygiene for husband
Snacks of all kinds
Extra bag to empty everything in the room into

Delivered Oct 2021. I liked having my own swaddles. If you have a preference of bottles I’d bring 1-2. My hospital still provided most things. Bring an extra little bag to take things home. Phone charger and small portable fan.
