Did I ovulate yesterday? Or am I ovulating today?
Hi im new to tracking my cycle and am a bit confused by the app Im using. I peaked 11/18 and still had high numbers on 11/19, this morning my levels dropped. Does this mean I am ovulating today or did I ovulate yesterday? Any insights are appreciated!
