I need some advice

So my boyfriend he’s 19 and I’m 17 and he has been acting really distant lately and he has been leaving me on read and sometimes he will turn off his location and I try my best to talk to him about my feelings and I make sure that his feelings are valid and me and him have been dating for 3 months and the first month he was very clingy the second month he was kinda distant I didn’t think anything of it and now that we’re at the 3rd month he’s been super distant
