When to call L&D

I had contractions every hour yesterday evening, around midnight they were every 30, then I woke up at four and they were 8-10 minutes, then they got to 6-7 minutes and kinda just stopped. Now they are pretty inconsistent but uncomfortable. Usually are 7-8 minutes apart for two or three contraction then they stop for 10-20 minutes and do it again. I’m sore and tired. Hoping this is the real deal because this is rough.

When should I call? My doctors office is closed so I messaged my OB on the doctors online messenger and haven’t heard anything yet.
