Previous ectopic pregnancy

I’m 4 weeks and 4 days currently but I’m finding myself worrying so much because I had an ectopic pregnancy back in 2019. It took me about a month to get a positive test when it happened though, I had bleeding too and one day I had these horrible pains at work then the day after I finally got a positive. That’s totally not the case this time though, no bleeding or pain and I’ve gotten like 5 obvious positive tests. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow afternoon so hopefully I’ll find out if at least my hcg levels are up but I’m just kind of scared because there’s nothing I can do to prevent it. Anyone have one and have successful pregnancies after? I guess I just need some peace of mind. Thanks ladies
