Advice for unmedicated delivery!

I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and I’m looking for advice for having an unmedicated delivery. What are something a that helped you during that time and preparing for that time??

Backstory: I had a very complicated delivery with my first, I had an epidural line which worked beautifully up until 9cm when my line shifted in my back causing me to have back labor. Right after my son was delivered i hemorrhaged and suffered from serotonin syndrome due to the fentanyl in my epidural line. So another epidural is out of the picture and I don’t feel comfortable doing an IV drip. Thanks!!
