Stomach pain and diarrhea update

So since Thursday I've been having severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. I can't even eat rn bc the pain is so bad. I finally gave in and went to the ER today, where I found out I have a hefty UTI. Didn't realize a UTI could actually cause GI symptoms too 😳 anyway... They did do an ultrasound just to make sure the baby's okay! I got this picture

Yes I was on a video call with my boyfriend cus he is at his aunt's I told him to go be there for his family and say his final goodbyes to his aunt. Baby's heart rate was 179, and the tiniest little bits of movement in the legs and arms it was so cute 🥰 just wanted to give an update and share my baby 🥰🥰🥰 I do still have the subchorionic hematoma, I started spottin some after the transvaginal ultrasound which was to be expected. I've got antibiotics and phenergan for the nausea. I go to my OB in 2 days too. I can't wait to get more pics of the baby!!! Oh... Any ideas on how I can help the freaking diarrhea? Cus umm it's gotten ridiculous I can't even stay out of the bathroom.. it sucks.
