Pull ups and potty training

How do you guys feel about using pull ups from time to time when potty training? We started potty training a few days ago. My daughter has great bladder control apparently, she holds it in all day, that’s what we are trying to work on. Having her learn to let it out. Shes been wearing no bottoms all week at home. She’s had an accident or two every day from her trying to hold it in so long, that some leaks out then she stops herself from going

I know some kids that do this use their diaper right away when it’s on, but she doesn’t. Shes avoiding going in her diaper too. She only wears a diaper for bedtime and it’s been minimally wet in the mornings when we go to take it off even. After 12 hours. Before this week, it used to be soaked by the morning.

Also I noticed she doesn’t use her diaper for a long time. She falls asleep in our bed so I’ve been checking it before bringing her to our room like an hour later and it’s been dry all week after that hour

We had something I was looking forward to this weekend at a family members house, she was going to be able to see her cousin she doesn’t get to see often.

She would obviously be wearing bottoms when she’s there which she hasn’t been doing hardly at all this week. I’m afraid she would have an accident at their house. At first I was thinking maybe we shouldn’t go but I really don’t want her to miss out. Bc honestly idk how long this potty training process will last, I’m sure at least a few weeks at this rate. I would bring her potty chair but I was wondering if I should put her in a pull up while we are there only. She probably won’t even use it I’m guessing, but like I said, she leaks tiny bits sometimes and I wouldn’t want to take the chance of her doing it at someone’s house.
