Uti symptoms and abnormal tests but no antibiotics

I’m having burning and irritation. Cloudy urine with little blood and discharge. Urine comes back abnormal but dr calls it a dirty sample. Culture comes back positive for strep B. I’ve seen three different drs for these symptoms none of them want to treat me or give me anything for symptoms. If it’s not a uti what would be causing these symptoms? I’m so uncomfortable. Not vaginal fyi also swabbed for that just incase.
