TMI Picture is graphic!!!

I am currently 5 weeks postpartum, and I had actually stopped bleeding around 3 weeks post partum. Well I started bleeding again exactly at 5 weeks and 2 days, I am now on day 2 of bleeding heavily again and with large blood clots. Is this normal? I am bleeding through a pad every hour and with blood clots similar to this size. Also heavy cramping. Please do not click on picture if you don’t want to see blood clot!
