Anyone else been thru this????

Hello!

I haven’t had a period since Sept 24th.

Oct 23rd I had light spotting -brown and pink, on and off for a week but nothing more than just wiping.

And I haven’t had anything since.

I am exhausted and sometimes nauseous. I have tested negative each time.

Is it possible i could still be pregnant??

I have an appt on Thursday. Just don’t know if someone else has gone through this and could help???
