WTF do i do?!?!?!?

I certainly know how to make a bad situation worse.... Sooo i just left a very very messed up domestic situation that resulted in one of my "best friends" moving in days later. We had been together Almost 6 yrs. Wellllll in my ways of coping i said screw it and well im pregnant. I believe the father is my FwB. He's very anxious and very shy and hes only 23. I already have an almost 2 yr old..... idk how to tell him.. i feel like hell have a panic attack or something....
