Cant eat.. tips??

Question

Anyone else been struggling to eat anything at all?? I am so nauseous and even the idea of eating makes me feel sick but I know I need to eat and am starving sometimes!! 
How do you get past this?? I Was given anti sickness pills but I still have no appetite!😩

You gotta make yourself eat cause being hungry just makes it worse. Try having short meals but more frequently.

I have bad food aversion hate the thought of eating. I am currently in my first trimester and what helped me was to eat fruits. Being hungry made my nausea even worse.

When I was having morning sickness I ate bananas, crackers, drank soda or sparkling water. I also ate Greek yogurt and baby bell cheese, toast, so pretty much just bland stuff.
