Evap or faint?

Do clear blue test usually dry with an evaporative line? Took a test this morning and swore I saw a faint line. I wasn’t sure so I set it and let it dry more and when I came back it had a bright blue line.

I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks earlier this year so I wasn’t trying to get excited over nothing.

If it was positive I would be 3w5d. With my last I found out at 3w1 day with a target cheapie.
