New at this, obviously he can do what he wants, but would that be weird or should i just trust him? The women going are significantly younger than him. I trust him but not the women. Idk here. Do your husbands/ boyfriends hangout with the opposite sex coworkers like that?? When the women and other guy will be drinking?? (Bf staying sober)

Why don’t you trust other women? I find that so weird. You don’t know them so why do you have any opinion of them at all? 
There’s nothing wrong with hanging out with colleagues and having friends of the opposite sex.

Me and my husband both frequently hang out with friends of the opposite gender. If you truly trust the other person, to me it shouldn't matter because even even if another peraon has a want to do anything or feelings it takes 2 to act so if your significant other wont act on it...it wont matter. My husband will go to lunch/dinner or movies with female friends and I go on weekend hunting/fishing trips with just male friends. There is nothing or nobody that would make either of us cheat so why would we care. I'll have people tell me "well what if a friend comes on to him or offers him sex or they lose control drinking?" Well if he has someone come on to him...he says no. He's a grown ass man and can be faithful and has. Same with me. Infidelity is a choice and takes 2 people. We also would never be friends with someone who'd disrespect our partner like that though or ever try to to get us to cheat. Why be friends with someone who doesn't respect or care for you. But we have both had situations where a coworkers or whoever we cant choose to not be around has made a move or made comments and not once have either of.us done anything but tell the other and be annoyed we have to deal with it or laugh about it because there is not any human or situation that would have one of us stepping out. A girl could agressively come at my husband naked with sex toys and me being 100% unreachable in the woods and he would still say no to anything. I trust him 10000%. As long as they are not a physical threat to safety my husband can hang out with whoever, nothing will eber happen.

I don’t see a problem with this. I work with an ex which my husband is aware of and we just had our Christmas work party. My husband trusts me so no issues or insecurities

My husband has work outings all the time (as do I), not a big deal because I trust him 100%. The issue isn’t whether you trust the other women because you don’t even know them, but it’s trusting your partner.
