Anyone used clearwithin and hums acne supplements before? I just started using them a couple of days ago for my acne and I am having cramps. It’s weird and I just decided to ask. My first time using them since I am trying to stop the spiroloctone medication my dermatologist gave me for my acne. Started breaking out a year plus now after I stopped taking contraceptive pills never used to break out before and this has been a real struggle for me. I decided to try the supplements because they are made from natural products which is better than a blood pressure medication (spiroloctone) it does work as my acne has become better from using the spiroloctone but I am not sure why I am having cramps from using the supplements. And I am using both together. I am not using the spiroloctone though.
