Counting fertile window days

So I’ve read that when ttc the best chance is to have sex 2-3 days before ovulation. If I had sex on cycle day 11 (Sunday) and ovulated cycle day 14 (Wednesday), is that counted as 3 days or 4? I had a positive opk on cycle day 13 and started cramping during the night of day 13 into 14. Is there any chance I could get pregnant?
