Could I be pregnant ??

My hubby and I married a couple weeks ago, November 17th. My period was supposed to start on my wedding day. I was not looking forward to that, so the week of the wedding I decided to take some hormonal pills that the doctor prescribed to delay my period a couple days. Only took the pills for 4 days and immediately stopped. These past few weeks my appetite has been insane!! Been cramping, and everywhere I sit I take a nap. And every once in a while I get nauseous. My period is supposed to start next week. Im 10dpo and been testing negative. Am I testing too early? Could I be pregnant? or is it just my hormones acting up? Also my boobs are sore since yesterday. But that always happens right before my period starts. But what about all the other symptoms.
