HCG levels 14 dpo - Need Advice!

I had my HCG levels taken at 14 dpo and it came back at 53. The nurse said it’s low. Has anyone had success with levels like mine? I’ve had two previous chemical pregnancies so feeling down about the outcome of this pregnancy too. Any advice or success stories?
