Implantation Bleeding

Any of yall experience implantation bleeding that lasted longer than a day? I don't even have to wear a pad but when I wipe its a medium amount.. I started spotting/bleeding yesterday morning at work. Scared me went to my local walk in to redraw my HCG and got the call today that it has slowly risen since last time. But I'm still nervous. The OB on call said she wasn't to concerned she believes it's implantation bleeding and unless I soak through a pad in an hour with low abdomen pain and cramps.. Then everything should be ok. I had mild cramps yesterday, but feel perfectly fine besides the blood whenever I wipe
