please help my overthinking 😅

about 2 months ago i was sexually active with my boyfriend, i didn't have sex with him but there was a time pre-cum came into contact with my vagina but never inside, long story short he broke up with me and my period came 5 days late that month then 18 days late the month after (it has just ended) i took 3 pregnancy tests over the course of the month and they're all negative. am i worrying over nothing? this was the first time i'd engaged in sexual activity so i think i am just paranoid, theres no signs or symptoms of pregnancy either
