Lack of foreplay

Does anyone else struggle with lack of foreplay too? My husband always just wants a back rub, belly rub, sometimes he’ll let me give him head, he’ll roughly grab one boob sometimes suck on one and then he’s just ready to go. While I’m like.. I’m not ready to go to pound town?

He refuses to go down on me- he’s done it twice since we’ve been together 4 years and was black out drunk before he would do it and he refuses for his fingers to get even close to my kitty. Said the wetness and everything down there freaks/ grosses him out. I keep it trimmed, nothing bad going on down there - just got checked by my gyno as I’m pregnant. I’ve tried spicing things up every which way and he always says he’ll try something new and NEVER does. I’m at my wits end. Which, obviously it didn’t start off THAT bad when we first got together but it’s progressively gone downhill and therapy I feel is our only option. Or just give up on my sex life/ lack there of. Friends say to just get over it and use a vibrator and move on with life but that sounds miserable. He also has a higher sex drive than me - according to all the porn he watches.
