Friend who can't get pregnant

I just found out that I am pregnant. Almost 5 weeks, so not very far, and with first try.

But the thing is, that I have a very close friend of mine, that have been trying to get pregnant for quiet some years now and even hade the help of the doctors, still with no luck.

How do I tell her the best way? When should I do it? How should I do it? And what not to do? Has anyone tried this? Or been trying for long time and other people get pregnant around you? Please help
