Coq10 while pregnant?

Anyone taking or get the okay to take coq10 while pregnant? I have been taking it for months to improve my egg quality, and am now 4w5d. I'm still taking it because the last time I got pregnant, I stopped taking it and had a miscarriage, so I'm a little paranoid to just stop. I'm still getting betas before I talk to my doctor again so haven't had the chance to ask.

I’m 18 weeks 5 days and I still take my CoQ10. I’m high risk and have high blood pressure, but my doctor hasn’t told me to stop taking it.

I've read from many sources that CoQ10 is great for fertility, as you mentioned. And I've never read that supplementation must stop after becoming pregnant. I think you are fine. If you want to stop taking it, I'd wean slowly by taking it every other day, every few days, etc, rather than stopping abruptly.
