Does this look okay?

I know I am over worried right now lol but I also got my results back from the doctor and I just feel like everything is negative with so many issues. I called my doctor but they never get back to me quickly or even same day. So I have no idea if any of this sounds ok.. what is a subchronic hemorrhage? Is a large gestational sac ok? I knew I wasn’t as far along as my LMP due to birth control and really late positive test. Just worried and hope for similar stories!
