Vaginal discharge postpartum

Around 2 months postpartum I started having itching outside vagina and slight burning while passing urine. My doc said it’s yeast infection and treated me with difulcan but I see no improvement in symptoms. Then my doc again did some tests and my ureaplasma numbers came high. She then treated me with cephalexin then also it did not improve and again with azithromycin. I don’t have itching and burning but see a lot of watery grey white discharge. I have to wear pad all the time. Also I have granulation tissue which i am getting treated for . What this discharge could be ? I really want to get rid of this.
