Pregnancy After D&C Before First Period

I had a miscarriage in November and my D&C was on December first. My husband and I weren’t trying to get pregnant this soon after and I may not even be pregnant but we were intimate Sunday and Wednesday and I just did an ovulation test and it looks like I ovulated last night. So hypothetically, if we were to get pregnant, I’m a little worried that it’s so soon after my MC. Wondering if anyone has had a successful pregnancy after a D&C and before their first cycle? Would love to hear success stories if there are any!
