Boy/girl pregnancy

Is there really a difference in pregnancy depending on gender?? I’m not sure how far I am but have a scan on the 3rd jan which I’m guessing I’m maybe 8/9 weeks? Not 100% however with my daughter I was very ill and sick couldn’t keep anything down since I was 6/7 weeks this pregnancy I haven’t been sick I did feel really nauseous last week and had a bad belly (watery diarrhoea) sorry for tmi!!! And was sick once which was just watery not actual sick. I’m guessing I just had a virus or something as it’s now completely gone! I know every pregnancy is different but just wondering if it means could possibly be a boy. I would love my little girl to have a sister as I have 7 especially as my babies will be 14 months apart but all I want is a healthy baby and pregnancy is all I care about♥️ sorry for such a long post thank you so much if you guys made it to this point without getting bored and clicking off🙈🙈🙈
