Please give advice! Severe back pain

I have a history of kidney reflux and multiple kidney infections especially when im pregnant i went to the hospital 3 days ago they did a urinalysis and said it came back negative and sent me home with macrobid... mind u i had no uti and no syptoms of a uti. my pain has only gotten worse in the right side of my back and im starting to get headaches and i feel nauseous. Am i crazy? Ive called my ob and no one is listening i just want to cry
