HCG LEVELS!

So based off of my last period I am currently only 3 weeks 4 days. I had my hcg tested yesterday and it’s 224. Is this normal? On the results it says high and out of range. But my doctor is saying it could mean the pregnancy is further along or multiples or just a strong implantation. But of course my mind goes to google and there are so many things that pop up that scare the crap out of me! Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance! 💗
