Conception date?

So I can’t remember the exact dates of my period, but I know it was happening on the 26th of November, circled in red. The pink days are days I had sex, and black is when I got my positive test. What date would likely be the day I conceived? Also like to note I had a negative test the week before my positive one.

If you have a 28d cycle, you’re 4w along. You probably ovulated around the 1st week of Dec and conception can take a couple days that’s why it’s hard to know. Ultrasound will give you a better insight as to how far along you are then use an online calculator to get a better est time frame. There’s still no way to know 100% when though regardless
