First movements feel high up?

I don’t know if I’m really feeling baby, but this is my 6th pregnancy and I am 17.5 weeks. Since this weekend, I’ve been feeling movements maybe an inch or two above my belly button a little closer to the left side. I’ve felt this on and off in this same spot since this weekend. It does feel like first movements I felt with my daughter, fluttering. I would definitely think this is baby movements, but what makes me question it is that they’re higher up, not below belly button

Also with my daughter (first pregnancy) I consistently measured 3-4 weeks ahead with over the belly measurements. So I don’t know if that makes a dif here if my uterus is higher up than average at this stage.
