Woke up bleeding. 9w6dys Miscarriage? Help

Currently on a holiday with my kids. I was in London for 2 weeks and I arrived Dubai yesterday and just now I woke up from sleep and few minute later I felt something come out I check and it was bright red blood. It’s not much to fill a pad but may be liner and I don’t feel any cramping. I have never bleed during my previous pregnancy before. This trip has been stressful tho but I usually travel during pregnancy never experience this. Could It be miscarriage or bleeding from stress. Please anyone bleeds during pregnancy. Should I go see a doctor or wait out a little?
